Here a few summers back I spent a week flying around the country with Gordon Getty. This is his private airliner that we flew on. Where ever we landed Gordon’s jet was always, by far, the largest aircraft in the personal plane area of the various airports.
It’s a nice way to travel. You leave when you feel like it and there is no security to go through. There was a crew of five. Captain, co-pilot, navigator, and two stewardesses. Private bedroom, bath, and kitchen for Gordon, and large comfortable lounge areas both front and rear.
Plenty to read with all major newpapers and magazines freshly stocked. Breakfast was a choice of two kinds of omelettes as well as various fruit, pastries, cereals etc.
The pilot told me the plane was fun to fly and a real hot rod, because so few passengers made it very light.
